Since 1996, the Law Offices of Skinner & Saar, P.S. has been providing its clients with serious, sensitive and sensible representation in a full range of civil and criminal matters. Over the years we have learned that the vast majority of our clients are not desirous of or impressed by aggressive or extreme conduct on the part of their attorney. Instead, we emphasize a practical, “problem solving” approach to legal issues that focuses not only on the end result, but also the manner in which that result is ultimately achieved.
Effective legal representation in court is the most important characteristic of a trial lawyer. We know what is required to provide effective representation in front of judges and jurors. Each matter that is undertaken is analyzed with a view towards how best to solve the problem and also with concern for avoiding needless and expensive posturing. Often, legal disputes are resolved through mediation or direct negotiation with the other party or their attorney. If that proves fruitless, however, we are prepared to seek resolution in court.
In all cases, our clients participate in the decisions about how far to take the case. Throughout any matter that ends up in court, we try very hard to keep our clients advised about the case status.
