Jeff Waller joined the firm as an associate attorney in February 2016. Prior to joining our team, Jeff spent nine years with a firm in Chicago as a specialist in probate, guardianship, estate planning, and special needs planning. Jeff’s practice at our office emphasizes business and real estate matters, probate and estate settlement, guardianship, Special Needs Trusts, SSI, SSDI and Medicaid Planning and Advocacy .
Originally from Oak Harbor, Washington, on Whidbey Island, Jeff moved to the Midwest to attend Washington University in St. Louis where he was an honors graduate with degrees in History and American Culture Studies. Jeff graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2005 and was a member of the law school's Journal of Sports Law and Contemporary Problems. While in Chicago, Jeff acted as the President of the Chicago Bar Association Probate Practice Committee and served on the Young Professionals Board of the Center for Disability & Elder Law. Jeff is currently a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the Oak Harbor Educational Foundation, which provides grants and scholarships for local Oak Harbor students and educators.
